Welcome Montgomery County SWAT Team
Friday 2/17/12 Montgomery County Regional SWAT Team came to CNG CrossFit and did FRAN. I think she won. Just kidding, everyone did a great job. After the WOD we worked on defensive tactics then we went to Eaton High School and trained for active shooter scenerios.

We registered Chase-N-Grace Crossfit with the CrossFit games. We would like to see every member of CNG register and participate in the games. Click on the link above and register. Make sure you pick us as your affiliate and click us as your team. We will do the Open Workouts on Fridays. It cost $20 to sign up. It will be good experience for all of us that are planning on participating in the team event next year.
Paul (aka my dad, aka Makenna and Dalton's grandpa) injured his shoulder a couple weeks ago and took time off to heal. It sure was good to see him back in the box. He hadn't missed a beat he killed the WOD with his great intensity. Not only is he getting better he lost 6 pounds since starting CrossFit!
Three weeks ago if I would have told Keith he would lift 7860 pounds in less than an hour he would have said I was crazy. Who's crazy now? That is what hard work and dedication does. Good job Keith we are proud of you!
Look we made her smile! Beth has been a delight having in our box. Beth has made so much progress in such a short time. Keep up the hard work!!
Morgan brings intensity to every workout. The look on her face proves it. I think we created a monster. I predict she will beat Anthony's time in the Warrior Dash in July. Keep up the good work. Your intensity encourages all of us!
